Brand new one–bedroom and studio serviced apartments (open September 2012) in the heart of Nha Trang’s tourist area. These apartments are designed with ex-pats in mind, all units feature:
Jennie’s Apartments were built with expat4iates in mind (that is, long term leases), but when available we are happy to rent apartments to tourists for short term accommodation (that is, like a hotel). We have talked with many foreigners to assure that the amenities match their needs and expectations.
Apartments may be rented or leased for any time frame from daily to annual. Prices are just $300/month for the small apartments and $400/month for the larger ones..
The apartment building is located at 120/34 Nguyen Thien Thuat. 120 is a quiet “hẻm” (alley-way) in the heart of Nha Trang’s “tourist area”, 300 meters from the beach, close to numerous restaurants (both Vietnamese and western), cafes, and nightclubs, as well as many tourist agencies, convenience stores, ATMs, etc. But the hẻm itself provides a delightful insulation from the noise and hubbub.
Directions: Enter the hẻm near the junction of Nguyễn Thiện Thuật and Trần Quang Khải; go 50 meters, turn right and you are facing the apartments.
Jennie’s Bar is located on the ground floor and owed by the same owners. Breakfast is served here everyday.
Nha Trang is popular among foreigners (both tourists and ex-pats) and Vietnamese. For more info on our beautiful town.
